Virtual Island Software is very happy to help users out with issues with the applications.  Please note, however, if your email is filled with profanities or statements such as "I am done with this cr@p!" or "I am uninstalling this app!", you will not get any response for your issue.  If you do experience an issue, please provide as much information as possible to help determine the problem, such as the podcast feeds your are having difficulties with or the area of the application that is causing the problem.  Many reported issues have been fixed within the next release and sometimes in less than 6 hours including release to the Windows Store.  Bug reports that only state "the application crashes" is telling but that does not help resolve any problems quickly.
